Ashara Mubarakah 1447H - Utlat Policy

​​1. Closure Dates

​- Qism al-Tahfeez will remain closed for Ashara Mubarakah break from 27th Zilhijjat il Haram 1446H to 15th Moharram ul Haram 1447H.
- Students may leave after classes of 25th Zilhijjat il Haram 1446H.
- Mukhayyam students can stay in maskan if they are not traveling for Ashara.
- Classes will resume on 16th Moharram ul Haram 1447H, inshallah.

2. Hub Raqam

- Please note that the full monthly Hub Raqam (fee) for Zilhijjat il Haram 1446h and Moharram ul Haram 1447H will apply, and no concessions or adjustments will be made for this period.
- Ensure Hub Raqam payments are submitted before 17th Moharram al-Haram 1447 to avoid delays or inconveniences.

3. Online Classes

Students attending on-site classes can request online classes if they plan to leave before 25th Zilhijjat il Haram 1446H or return after 16th Moharram ul Haram 1447H.

4. Raza Form 

Submitting the Raza form is mandatory for all students and staff.
